Pat was born on May 17, 1955 in Spartanburg, SC, and moved to Lancaster in 1966.  She married Buddy Rutledge in 1998 and has one grown child, Greta Sims, and two grown step-children, Steven & Nikki Rutledge.  Pat graduated in May 1976 from Winthrop College with a BS degree in Business Administration.  She joined the staff at Covenant in October 1994.  She enjoys camping at the beach and spending time with her family at the river.
