Julie was born on November 11, 1961 in Columbia, SC where she lived until the age of 5.  After living in Charleston, SC for 3 years and Ohio for 9 years, she moved to Lancaster in 1978.  She married Pete Dutton from Lancaster on May 13, 1989.  They have two sons, Justin who loves any and all sports, and Drew who loves drama and music.  She graduated in 1983 from Anderson College with an Associate Degree in Business Education.  Julie joined the staff at Covenant on September 4, 1996.  She enjoys cooking, camping and watching college football and basketball.
