Tim serves as Minister of Spiritual Growth and Senior Adults at Covenant.  Tim is a native of Wilmington, NC, and has served as full-time church staff in SC, NC and VA since 1991.  He received his B.A. in Creative Arts and Music from the University of North Carolina, at Wilmington, in 1986.  He earned a Masters of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1990.  He and Diane, his wife, were married in 1990, and they have two children.  Family is a high priority for the Howards.  Purpose, Process, and Passion are the three important aspects of Tim's role at Covenant.
