Bobby Stother
SENIOR PASTOR
Bobby has served as Covenant’s Senior Pastor since 2019, and he has a deep love both for people and for life outdoors. He received a bachelor’s degree from The College at Southeastern, and a master’s from Columbia International University. He is married to Jessi, and together they have four children–including an oldest son who is married with a baby on the way–and one golden retriever. Bobby enjoys fishing, golf, baseball, and walking alongside others as they grow in faith and life with Christ.

Carsen Caton
DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN’S MINISTRIES
Carsen has been part of the Covenant team since 2018, and she loves helping kids discover just how big God’s love is. A graduate of North Greenville University, she brings creativity, care, and joy to children and families. Carsen is married to Daniel Caton, and together they love serving the Covenant community. Outside of ministry, she enjoys strong coffee, reading, traveling, and anything that sparkles.

Riley Kinard
YOUTH PASTOR
Riley joined Covenant in 2022, and he brings vibrant energy, boundless enthusiasm, and a deep love for students. He earned his bachelor’s degree from North Greenville University and a master’s from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Riley felt called to ministry while working at Camp McCall. He is married to his wife, Morgan, and enjoys sports, podcasts, gardening, and spending time with people of all ages at Covenant.

Daniel Caton
MINISTER OF MUSIC AND WORSHIP
Daniel joined Covenant full-time in 2024, after serving in interim roles. An MK who grew up in Waxhaw, NC and Germany, Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in music and a master’s degree in applied ministry from Liberty University. He is married to Carsen Caton, and together, they love serving and worshiping alongside the Covenant family. In his free time, Daniel enjoys composing music, video games, playing piano, and disc golf.

Chris Kiser
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Chris has served Covenant since 2021, and her cheery smiles and organization help to keep our administrative procedures running smoothly. Originally from western Pennsylvania, she and her husband Ralph enjoy life in Lancaster with their growing family. Chris loves traveling, decorating, and serving faithfully with her dependable and kind presence.

Lisa Anderson
MINISTRY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Lisa joined the staff in 2023, and with her thoughtfulness and careful attention to detail, she loves supporting Covenant’s ministry team in practical and meaningful ways. She is married to Dave, and she deeply treasures time with her children and grandchildren. Lisa enjoys playing the piano, reading, and anything outdoors.

Ken Herron
FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE
Ken has served Covenant faithfully since 2015, and he’s known for his wide range of technical skills and capacity to fix just about anything. He approaches his work with care, skill, and a heart for helping others. Outside of church, Ken enjoys fishing, woodworking, and spending time with the Covenant family.

Janice White
CHURCH HOSTESS
Janice has been welcoming people at Covenant since 2020, and throughout that time, she’s never once met a stranger–only friends she hasn’t fed yet. She loves helping people feel at home and caring for them from the moment they arrive. Janice enjoys reading, sewing, gardening, listening to audiobooks, and spending time with her family.

LANNIA BROÑOLA-DICKERT
CHURCH ACCOMPANIST
Lannia began serving as Covenant’s church accompanist in 2003. Friendly, dedicated, and brilliantly talented, she brightens the church with both her warm hugs and her beautiful music. She is married to L.H. Dickert, and she also works alongside him at the Winthrop University School of Music as an adjunct faculty member.
